Massachusetts building permits, sorted into contractor leads and sent every Monday.
When a building permit is filed on a home, the owner is spending on it right now, and your trade is next. We collect building permits from the Massachusetts towns we cover, sort them by trade and town, and hand you the full address and project type, plus the permit holder and declared value where the town lists them.

Questions
Where do the leads come from?
Public municipal building-permit records β the same filings towns publish, gathered and organized so you don't have to.
How recent are they?
The weekly feed arrives every Monday, and you filter it to your trade and towns. Each town publishes on its own schedule, and some publish monthly or less often, so their permits arrive in batches when the town publishes. Every row shows its date, and the coverage page names the towns that publish monthly and shows each town's date range.
Do I have to subscribe?
For the full list, yes: it comes as the $99/mo weekly feed, and you can cancel anytime. Towns keep filing permits, so the feed is a new file every Monday rather than a one-time list. Not sure yet? The free sample costs nothing and needs no card.
What if the leads don't pan out?
Every lead is a real, verifiable public permit. If your first paid month doesn't return more than it cost, email [email protected] and I'll refund it: no forms, no argument. Cancel anytime; any leads already delivered are yours to keep. Pat
What do I actually get?
An interactive dashboard that opens in any browser, filterable by trade and town, plus spreadsheets (one master CSV and one per trade): the full property address and project type, plus the permit holder and declared value where the town lists them.
